A Beautiful Backyard Wedding

Sometimes the most beautiful ceremonies are ones at family homes. Getting married surrounded by family and close friends in the comfort of a familiar place can reduce stress, bring back fond memories, and reduce cost.

This couple was so sweet and wonderful to work with. Their wedding was actually on my birthday and the bride took the time to give me a birthday card on her wedding day. I was so touched by that kind gesture. Working with lovely people and helping to freeze their precious memories is why I just love my job.

Just look at the way he looks at her! Could they be any sweeter together? Watching the groom tear up while the bride walked down the aisle was so moving. Before their vows, the couple had their friends and family circle around them to share their well wishes and blessings for the couple. These were two of my favorite moments to capture during the ceremony.

Talk about the cutest ring bearer ever! Another special touch were the ties made by the bride's mom.

After their wedding was over we went to a different location to take some more bride and groom portraits. We focused on laughter and natural interactions to showcase their beautiful love.
